As part of our learning ‘Who helps us in the community?’, Foundation had a visit from Devon and Cornwall Police. The children had the opportunity to ask questions and learn about how to keep themselves safe. The police provided a car, van and motorbike for the children to explore. The children were very excited by the sirens. They tried on different uniforms and recorded their fingerprints. They explained the many different roles within the police and the future opportunities for every child. Thank you to Mr Fairclough, Mr Wenman and Mr Apps for a fun and informative visit.
