Children in Swifts, Sparrows, and Starlings classes showed real creativity this week in our Woodland Camp. In Literacy, and as part of their Learning Objective 'How Can I Be A Good Citizen?', Unit 3 have been studying an RSPB persuasive letter, which asks people to help protect our wild birds. We challenged the children to use natural materials to create a picture of a bird, having been inspired by our local wildlife. We were very impressed at the amazing flock of different birds that the children created, and this is one of our favourites.
