Thank you all for playing your part in our very successful Sports Day yesterday. 

The children were so excited, and thoroughly loved competing in front of a cheering crowd. Their smiles and sheer enjoyment was uplifting to witness.

My staff all commented how wonderful the cheering was. Well done and thank you.

I am so pleased we decided not to wait until July for this event. We have done enough waiting and postponing. It was the shot of adrenaline that we all needed.

I was proud of my team for making the day so inclusive, because sport is for everyone. The caring, supportive nature of the team shone through. 

Thank you for supporting the children serving in the Pop Up Cafe. They raised over £350 which will be spent on books for the classrooms.

The huge investment we have made on the astro turf field feels like a great use of our capital, and a legacy for the school that will last decades. My thanks go to our Board of Directors for their financial support. 

Thank you to the Positive Birth Company for donating funds that built the new seating stand. It was great to see it full of cheering parents. 

We have already received over fifty thank you comments from you all, that will all be shared with my team. Thank you all.

For me, yesterday was the prime example of parents, teachers, children and community coming together for the benefit of all. Together we created special memories. 

Let's do it all again in July!
