Last week, the Eco-Committee presented an assembly about the waste we produce at school, and how we can improve our recycling. The children presented and discussed the findings of our recent waste audit, and talked about how we are going to improve as a school, including having food waste bins in each playground and encouraging children to take any uneaten food home.

The children spoke about the importance of recycling and linked this to our school value of Responsibility and our school aim of Being a Good Citizen. Well done to the Eco-Committee for all your hard work!
