On Friday 4^th October, our Digital Leaders attended a training day at South Devon College to enthuse and inspire them in their role in school. At Preston, our school aim of being ‘Ready for Work’ is something we strive to inspire our children to be, and the role of Digital Leader is just one of the many opportunities we provide.

The day itself consisted of time spent working with technology and building their ‘Critical Thinking’ skills to solve problems – an important skill when working with technology! The children were superb ambassadors to our school, demonstrating excellent application of our school values, with one member of staff at South Devon College taking the time to email us and say, ‘We had such a lovely day again, your Digital Leaders are an absolute pleasure to have. Their confidence and knowledge, as well as their drive and desire to learn, is so inspiring to see.’
