Preston Primary School is part of Connect Academy Trust. The Connect Council was created last year to bring together children from each of the eight schools within our Trust.

This week, our two Connect Council representatives from Preston, Marnie and Tabbi, had the opportunity to visit other Connect Council reps, from all eight schools, at Eggbuckland Vale Primary School. This was a fantastic start of their journey to collaborate with all representatives about whole-trust ideas, and to build friendships across the eight schools.  

This reflects our school aim, of ‘Ready for Work’, as children are building connections with new children, encouraging teamwork, and mirroring the real-world experience of working with different people.
