On Friday, Unit 3 welcomed Father Ralph from Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He kindly came to speak to the children about why Pentecost is an important celebration in the Christian calendar. The children asked many insightful questions to develop their own knowledge and understanding of this event. We are grateful to Father Ralph for his time taken to share his expertise. The children were a very respectful audience. One Year 4 child made connections between Father Ralph’s visit and her own religion beliefs, and had the confidence to share these ideas with the whole group. Well done to everyone in Unit 3.
