Recently, the English Rivera Airshow invited all schools in Torbay to take part in a drawing competition where pupils had to demonstrate their school value of Creativity to create a poster to capture how brilliant the airshow is. Many pupils at Preston took part in the competition and the judges remarked on how astounded they were at the standard of artwork of those who entered the competition – giving the judges a very challenging job to decide! We are so pleased to let you know that James was announced as the winner of the drawing competition and Freya as a close runner-up. The judges commented on the depth of detail and thought given to the artwork, which included airshow colours, and display formations. As a result of their outstanding artwork, James' and Freya’s artwork was displayed on the digital screens during the airshow weekend. A huge congratulations to both James and Freya - you have both demonstrated your school value of Creativity so brilliantly!
